• Travel grants may cover: flight tickets, registration fees, accommodation and airport-hotel/hotel-airport transportation. Visa costs are not included.
• Documents to submit: one-page motivation letter and one-page endorsement letter in PDF format (max. 300 words each one). The endorsement letter must be provided by the abstract Supervisor/PI/Senior author.
• Travel awards are available exclusively for participants who submit an abstract.

• Applicants must be presenting at the conference (The abstract for conference presentation has been submitted, pending acceptance).
• Applicants may be (exceptions may be considered in special cases):
  • Student, scholar, or recent graduate (within the past 5 years)
  • From a Low or (lower/higher) Middle-Income Country
